The National Association of Italian Milling Industry Technicians (ANTIM) has organized a technical meeting on April 16 at Ocrim’s headquarters in Cremona, Italy. It will be a day full of events with both technical content followed by constructive dialogue.
Following the greeting by Ocrim’s Managing Director Alberto Antolini and ANTIM’s President Lorenzo Cavalli, the guests will attend the conference entitled “Good hygiene standards in milling plants.”
Speakers include Marco Galli, Ocrim’s technology department manager; Daniele Fogliazza, expert in Safety and Quality certifications; and Mauro Caputo, owner of Caputo milling plant.
After the debate, Ocrim’s experts will present the latest innovations designed and implemented by the company team. At the end of the day, guests can visit Ocrim’s workshops and departments.
