Taurus Sages: A wide portfolio of customers; a wide array of technologies

Headquartered in Rivoli, near the Italian motor-city of Turin, Taurus Sages was established in 1952 and during these 63 of activity the company emerged as a real specialist in the manufacturing of molded technical parts, from a rubber-injection process. Taurus Sages’ workshop hosts two different divisions. The former is addressed to the rubber injection molding operations, thanks to a series of presses whose capacities range from 150 to 400 kilograms. The latter, instead, deals with silicone injection, with 50-110 tons presses installed. The Turin-based firm as achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certification and one of its goals is to industrialize a number of products and solutions destined to the electromechanical, electrical household and automotive industry. Taurus Sages also serves the medical equipment and cosmetics sectors, starting from customers’ projects and drawings to produce technical parts of any kind, made from the most important rubber compounds, both in whole rubber or in metal-core bonded rubber. Furthermore, the Italian manufacturer offers its clients a wide range of services, also given the presence of a raw materials control lab, providing top notch quality performances at most competitive prices, in order to become a real partner for its end users, more than a simple technology supplier. The Rivoli-based producer can also display a complete offer of silicone-made top precision technical articles and throughout the years it has been developing a significant experience in producing sanitary ware items, also based on silicone or on a series of ACS, KTW and WRAS certified materials. Finally, thanks to the internal dies workshop, Taurus Sages claims it can meet, in the shortest time possible, the customers’ requirements in terms of new products development, being the company able to quickly execute prototypes also ensuring the market a most effective deployment of series productions.
