HRS-Flow has released two new developments in the Multitech product line, namely innovative cooling channel inserts for multi-cavity moulds produced by the SLM technology (selective laser melting), and a hot runner nozzle specifically designed for thick-walled applications.
The new MTR39 hot runner nozzle extends the range of standard nozzles of the MT line towards higher shot weights. In the Multitech line, HRS-Flow offers hot runner solutions for injection moulding designed for the fast cycle time and high production volume of packaging, caps and closures, and articles for medical technology, the electrical and electronics industry and automotive construction. The focus here is on high numbers of cavities, short cycle times, uniform balancing and rapid colour changes.
