Hasco launches new products to speed mould development

Hasco’s H4016/ hot runner system comes ready to install.

Hasco Hasenclever, the german mould tooling components producer, has introduced three new products, including the H4016/, a fully assembled and wired hot-runner system that is ready to install.

The robust connection between the hot runner manifold and the screw-in nozzle guarantees leak free operation, and makes it easy to mount and remove in the injection mould, Hasco said.

Connector cables for the individual nozzles and the hot runner pass through individually configured cable ducts to the connection box, where they are wired up according to the customer’s specifications.

Also new from Hasco: The ejector pin Z410/, with an anti-twist head that permits the precise centering of individually contoured ejector or core pins in the mould.

Simple mounting geometry means the ejector pins can be installed with perfect repeat accuracy, according to the company.

Hasco’s mechanical cycle counter, called A5731/ and A5732/ give a reliable form of monitoring mould strokes, and an aid to planning mould maintenance.

Hasco is based in Lüdenscheid, Germany.

Hasco America Inc. is based in Fletcher, North Carolina.
